Аннотация

Цель исследования. Провести систематический обзор исследований, оценивавших отношение женщин к гормональным контрацептивам, пролонгированному режиму дозирования, а также проблеме пропуска таблеток. Материал и методы. В обзор включены данные зарубежных и отечественных статей, найденных в Pubmed по данной теме, опубликованных за последние 40лет. Результаты. Предоставленные данные доказывают безопасность и эффективность пролонгированного режима контрацепции, особенно с использованием электронного дозатора с функцией напоминания. Этот метод контрацепции улучшает приверженность и позволяет женщине управлять своим менструальным циклом. Заключение. Современные гормональные контрацептивы дают женщине возможность контролировать свой менструальный цикл. Инновации в гормональной контрацепции помогают женщинам принимать гормональные таблетки правильно.
