Аннотация

В обзоре представлены сведения об относительно редкой патологии плаценты - ее мезенхимальной дисплазии. Во многих случаях мезенхимальная дисплазия плаценты сочетается с синдромом Беквита- Видемана. Часто мезенхимальная дисплазия плаценты ошибочно диагностируется как пузырный занос из-за сходства их клинических и ультразвуковых признаков, а также макроскопической картины.
