Аннотация
Обзор мировой литературы показал, что в настоящее время нет никаких научно обоснованных данных, указывающих на необходимость прерывания приема комбинированных оральных контрацептивов (КОК) каждые несколько лет. Напротив, вполне правомерна точка зрения современных специалистов о возможности и необходимости приема КОК без перерывов так долго, пока существует потребность в контрацепции.
