Аннотация

В представленном обзоре изучены современные данные литературы, посвященной применению утеротонических препаратов для профилактики кровотечений в последовом и раннем послеродовом периодах В настоящее время с этой целью применяют окситоцин, препараты эргометрина и аналоги простагландинов F2a и Е1. Рассмотрены разные пути введения и дозы препаратов, оценена частота и тяжесть побочных эффектов. В настоящее время нет убедительных данных о преобладающей эффективности какого-либо из препаратов. Как препарат выбора для профилактики кровотечений эксперты ВОЗ рекомендуют окситоцин, у которого самая низкая частота побочных эффектов.
