Аннотация
В обзоре приведены данные литературы, показывающие взаимосвязь возникновения родовой деятельности с наличием местной воспалительной реакции, развивающейся в маточно-плацентарном комплексе. Основными составляющими ее являются инфильтрация клетками лейкоцитарного ряда, а также возрастающий синтез провоспалительных цитокинов в шейке матки, миометрии, плаценте и плодных оболочках. Кроме того, выявлены различные механизмы взаимодействия между цитокинами и основными известными модуляторами сократительной активности матки.
