Взаимосвязь ВПЧ-ассоциированных неоплазий генитальной и анальной областей, их диагностики и лечения

Аннотация

В обзоре рассмотрена роль вируса папилломы человека (ВПЧ) в развитии генитальных и анальной неоплазий. Представлены современные данные о распространенности анальной интраэпителиальной неоплазии (AIN), ВПЧ-инфекции анальной области среди женщин группы риска - с цервикальной интраэпителиальной неоплазией (CIN), интраэпителиальной неоплазией вульвы (VIN) и влагалища (VaIN). Рассмотрены факторы риска развития анальной и генитальной неоплазий, методы их диагностики. Анализируется литература о важности разработки скрининга АШ у пациенток с CIN, VIN и VaIN.
