Аннотация

В статье представлены современные представления о тактике ведения родов у пациенток с рубцом на матке после кесарева сечения. Анализируется частота материнских и перинатальных осложнений в зависимости от выбора метода родоразрешения. Обсуждаются критерии выбора методов родоразрешения у пациенток с рубцом на матке после кесарева сечения, а также перспективы направлений дальнейших исследований.
