Глубокий инфильтративный эндометриоз: послеоперационные рецидивы и возможные пути их профилактики

Аннотация

Эндометриоз относится к числу достаточно распространенных гинекологических заболеваний и диагностируется у 10% женщин репродуктивного возраста. Проблема эндометриоза приобретает все большее медико-социальное значение, что связано с тяжелыми клиническими проявлениями и рецидивирующим течением заболевания, оказывающими негативное влияние на качество жизни и трудоспособность женщин. В статье обсуждается высокая частота и непредсказуемость возникновения рецидивов глубокого инфильтративного эндометриоза после хирургического лечения. Адекватная послеоперационная медикаментозная терапия является важной мерой профилактики рецидивов тазовой боли и очагов эндометриоза и позволяет снизить неблагоприятные последствия для здоровья женщин в случае необходимости повторных и более радикальных хирургических вмешательств.
