Аннотация

Изжога является одной их самых частых жалоб во время беременности. Большое внимание в статье уделено выбору препарата из группы антацидов с позиции безопасности для плода и влияния на течение беременности. Освещены данные отечественных и зарубежных авторов, подтверждающие эффективность и безопасность гевискона форте во время беременности. Приведены результаты опроса 1082 врачей, принимающих участие в ведении беременных, которые показали, что большинство специалистов отдают предпочтение антацидам, в том числе 14,2% препарату гевискон форте.
