Аннотация
В статье представлена информация о мировых тенденциях применения комбинированной гормональной контрацепции. Описаны эволюционные аспекты комбинированных оральных таблеток, различные режимы их использования. Приведены обоснования и преимущества фиксированного пролонгированного 91-дневного режима контрацепции с использованием препарата, содержащего этинилэстрадиол и левоноргестрел. Описаны сведения об эффективности, безопасности и приемлемости комбинации этинилэстрадиола и левоноргестрела с 7-дневным продолжением приема низких доз этинилэстрадиола. Обсуждаются вопросы консультирования женщин, выбирающих или уже применяющих фиксированный пролонгированный режим гормональной контрацепции.
