Современная противовирусная терапия генитального герпеса у женщин вне беременности и во время нее

Аннотация
Определены современные особенности противовирусной терапии генитального герпеса (ГГ) у женщин вне и в период беременности и дано их клиническое обоснование. В настоящее время рекомендовано увеличить продолжительность терапии первого эпизода ГГ ациклическими нуклеозидами до 10 дней, сократив при этом кратность ежедневного приема, выбирая препарат с улучшенными фармакологическими характеристиками (валацикловир). Лечение рецидивов валацикловиром проводится в течение 3 дней, супрессивная терапия - 1 раз в день. Такие стратегии более удобны и экономически эффективны и должны рассматриваться как опции первой линии. Продолжительность антивирусной терапии во время беременности зависит от срока гестации. Обновление рекомендаций по противовирусной терапии ГГ направлено на повышение комплаентности и клинической эффективности лечения генитального герпеса.
