Проблемы беременности у реципиенток нефротрансплантата

Аннотация

Беременность у пациенток после трансплантации почки продолжает оставаться актуальной проблемой в связи с высоким риском осложнений. В обзор включены научные публикации за последние 10 лет (преимущественно систематические обзоры и метаанализы) зарубежных и отечественных авторов, обнаруженные в базе данных Pubmed и на других доступных поисковых платформах: Cochrane, Web of Science, MEDLINE, Google Scholar. Обобщены существующие данные об особенностях течения беременности, характере иммуносупрессивной терапии в соответствии с функцией нефро-трансплантата и гестационных осложнений, возможности их ранней предикции для профилактики и своевременной терапии. Заключение. Необходимо проведение дальнейших исследований по выявлению предикторов почечного повреждения на ранних стадиях с целью снижения частоты осложнений беременности и улучшения перспектив долговременного существования трансплантата.
