Летальность при переломах дистального отдела бедренной кости (обзор литературы)

Аннотация
Переломы дистального отдела бедренной кости у пожилых людей могут приводить к обострению хронических заболеваний и летальным исходам, сходным с теми, что наблюдаются при переломах шейки бедренной кости у лиц той же категории. Таким образом, целью нашей работы является определение факторов, влияющих на летальность пациентов с переломами дистального отдела бедренной кости, на основании анализа зарубежных исследований. Поиск зарубежных литературных источников проводился в базах данных медицинских публикаций PubMed, «КиберЛенинка», Google Scholar, Scopus, Medline, Кокрейновских базах данных среди статей на английском, китайском, итальянском и русском языках, а также с помощью платформы Web of Knowledge. В основном изучению подвергались публикации за последние 10 лет. Анализ литературных данных показал, что переломы дистального отдела бедренной кости сопровождаются высокой смертностью пациентов в первые месяцы и годы после травмы (от 18 до 35%), преимущественно среди пожилых больных без оперативного лечения (90–100%) и при наличии нескольких сопутствующих заболеваний. Раннее хирургическое вмешательство (в первые 48 часов) является эффективным методом лечения, значительно снижающим летальность (в 2,8 раза).
