Dear Readers! The next volume of the journal "Neurological Bulletin" brought to your attention is mainly devoted to the materials of the I International Symposium on Neuropsychorehabilitation, held in Kazan (September 5-10, 1994). This international forum brought together about 200 scientists (including 55 doctors of medical sciences, professors, including correspondent members and full members of the Russian Academy of Medical Sciences and the Academy of Sciences of Tatarstan) and representatives of practical health care from the CIS countries. Scientists from Germany and Austria also took part in the symposium. The representative forum of scientists and practitioners discussed the most important aspects of neuropsychorehabilitation - this urgent medical and social problem and made an appropriate decision. It is printed on the pages of this issue of the journal.
