Abstract
There were covered a short history and modern pathogenetic hypothesis of antiphospholipid syndrome - a pathological state, characterized by thrombotic complications. Role of antiphospholipid antibodies in development of non-thrombic autoimmune diseases including those, accompanied by nervous system lesions, was considered.
