Аннотация

На основании литературных и собственных экспериментальных данных рассмотрены различные нейропсихологические аспекты суицидального поведения. У лиц с суицидальным поведением имеются существенные нарушения функциональной асимметрии головного мозга, захватывающие все уровни - метаболический, структурный и функциональный. Изменения профилей латерализации при суицидальном поведении затрагивают уровни моторной, сенсорной и когнитивной асимметрии. Психически больные с суицидальным поведением, скорее всего, имеют свои соб-ственные нейропсихологические паттерны, отличающиеся от таковых у психически больных без суицидального поведения. Лица с суицидальным поведением с психотической патологией и без нее имеют сходные нейропсихологические отличия.
