Abstract

The survey of home and foreign literature is given in the article. It is devoted to the problems of clinical and social preconditions of criminal behavior of patients with organic mental disorders. More precise and early determination of the factors, influencing delinquency of such patients would make more clear prerequisites of their socialization, to develop medico-rehabilitation programs as preventative measures of delinquent behavior. The most notional predictors of negative crime prognosis are social functioning factors.
