Abstract

In the review data on prevalence of a comorbidity of tuberculosis and alcohol dependence are provided in the different countries of the world, an alcohol contribution to the general mortality of patients with tuberculosis, in particular in the Russian Federation. The conclusion about need of introduction of the integrative care to patients with “the threefold diagnosis” (tuberculosis, HIV, addictive pathology) is drawn.
