Abstract
On the basis of the analysis of clinical data and retrospective assessment of efficacy of previous treatment in 88 patients with alcohol dependence “Alcoholism Malignancy Coefficient» (AMC) was developed. The higher AMC, the more malignant is alcohol dependence. Usage of this coefficient is a relatively simple tool for quantitative assessment of the severity of alcoholism progression both for individual work with the patients and for screening examination.
