ЛЕЧЕНИЕ ОПИОИДНОЙ ЗАВИСИМОСТИ: ПОДХОДЫ И ПЕРСПЕКТИВЫ

Аннотация

Представлен краткий обзор современных методов лечения опиоидной зависимости. Рассмотрены основные подходы к детоксикации и поддерживающей (противорецидивной) терапии, приведена сравнительная оценка их эффективности. Проанализирована роль агонистов и антагонистов опиоидных рецепторов в системе лечения. Особое внимание уделено противорецидивной терапии налтрексоном.
