Аннотация
Проводилась оценка динамики функциональ-ного состояния 62 пациентов с последствиями острого нарушения мозгового кровообращения в виде спастического гемипареза на фоне курса стандартных реабилитационных мероприятий и при сочетании данного курса с ботулинотерапией. Положительная динамика функционального состояния отмечалась в обеих группах, однако у пациентов с применением ботулотоксина типа А снижение уровня спастичности и улучшение функционирования паретичных конечностей были достоверно более значимыми.
