Аннотация
Целью работы явился обзор литературы по проблеме оценки тяжести депрессии в свете изменения систематизации психических расстройств. Обоснована актуальность корректной оценки психических расстройств на примере депрессивного расстройства. Приведены новые подходы к определению степени тяжести расстройств в DSM-V, отмечена их вариабельность. Анализируется влияние тяжести депрессии на выбор вида терапии, предпочтение психофармакотерапии или психотерапии. Делается вывод о перспективе оценки тяжести депрессии на основе дименсий.
