The article presents scientifically proved predictive modeling software, which determines different degrees ofdisability in patients and the disabled suffering from atherosclerosis obliterans of the lower limbs. A simple formula, which evaluates the dynamics of rehabilitation prior to the examination and gives an objective interpretation of clinical andfunctional, social and labor person potential, helps to predict with high degree of probability health and social outcomes and the severity of disability in patients and the disabled with pathology at the examination stage in the MSE office. The development ofpredictive modelling software system resulted from mathematical processing of socio-demographic, clinical expertise, welfare, psychological, social and environmental characteristics and treatment outcomes in 1120 patients and disabled persons dynamically observed in the MSE Bureau of St. Petersburg.
