THE STUDY OF MECHANICAL PROPERTIES OF ADHESIVE SYSTEM WITH A SILVER NANOPARTICULATE FILLER

Bessudnova N.O., Bilenko D.I., Venig S.B.

Abstract

In the present study nanoparticulate silver filler influence on adhesive system mechanical properties has been researched. In the course of laboratory experiments it has been shown that adhesive system mechanical properties are changing in a different manner as soon as silver percentage in adhesive system is increasing. It has been established that 1% silver nanoparticle embedding into adhesive system that is enough to make the material X-Ray-sensitive holds its mechanical properties close to the optimum. Thus, the mechanical properties are enhancing in comparison with those of adhesive system without silver nanoparticles. Research findings point to the opportunity to use nanoparticulate silver as a filler while producing X-ray adhesive systems.

BACTERIAL FACTOR AS A MEMBER OF INFECTIOUS AND INFLAMMATORY PROCESSES IN THE ORAL CAVITY

Labis V.V., Bazik'an E.A., Kozlov I.G.

Abstract

Violation of the integrity of the periodontal tissues as in the mechanisms of periodontitis and peri-implantitis, is attributed to immune-mediated diseases. Opening of the TLRs and NLRs receptors enables a new way to consider the pathogenetic aspects of the mechanisms of development of these clinical entities. Interaction of microbial factor with the human body, on the basis of genetic mediation by the immune system in the development of infectious and inflammatory diseases, makes it possible for a new study and interpret the complex symbiotic relationships. The ability to "escape" the oral pathogenic mechanisms of the innate immune system, can lead to diseases in the oral and maxillofacial region.

THE ROLE OF THE IMMUNE SYSTEM IN THE PATHOGENESIS OF REPARATIVE PROCESSES

Labis V.V., Bazikyan E.A., Kozlov I.G.

Abstract

Immunology as implantology, can be attributed to the rapidly growing fields, which is a prerequisite to their further joint development. The role of dendritic cells (cDCs) in the development and regulation of the immune response to the injury of bone tissue, namely BMDCs (dendritic cells in the bone marrow) is just beginning to be studied both in this country and abroad. Becomes relevant new perspective on cell-cell interactions that occur in the collagen-elastin matrix of bone. The search continues for molecular biological markers involved in reparative osteogenesis, and focuses on new aspects of the mechanisms of regeneration, which are of a regulatory nature during reconstructive surgery in the maxillofacial region.
