Новые подходы к восстановлению эректильной функции у пациентов после радикальной простатэктомии

Аннотация

Рак предстательной железы (РПЖ) является одним из наиболее распространенных видов рака, который служит причиной смерти мужчин. Оптимальный и рекомендованный способ лечения локализованного РПЖ - радикальная простатэктомия (РПЭ). Больше половины всех мужчин, подвергшихся операции, отмечают проблемы с эректильной функцией, а существующие способы лечения не оказывают положительного эффекта. Таким образом, возникает необходимость поиска новых подходов к восстановлению эректильной функции у пациентов после РПЭ. Одна из таковых - применение клеточных технологий, а именно стромально-васкулярной фракции и аутоплазмы, обогащенной тромбоцитарными факторами роста. В данном обзоре рассмотрены результаты доклинических и клинических исследований, посвященных изучению эффективности и безопасности применения указанных методов терапии при эректильной дисфункции.
