Abstract

The article presents a successful experience of the treatment of longterm complication of urethroplasty performed by the modified Cecil - Culp procedure using flap of skin of the scrotum with preserved hair follicles. The removal of calculi in artificial urethra occurring decades after the surgery was required. The use of combined method of treatment led to a good clinical outcome.
