Abstract

The article is devoted to the development of a risk management model for the provision of unreliable test results - the fault tree of a testing laboratory as a socio-technical system. On the basis of the constructed fault tree, the reasons for the provision of unreliable test results by the laboratory were identified, recommendations were given for their quantitative assessment, corrective and preventive measures.
