Abstract
Two matrixes are considered, which allow to take a decomposition procedure for the works of geological recon troop to the particular stages. This simplifies the correlation determination procedure between factors, by virtue of the fact that real riscs are allways connected and reasonable. In result it becomes possible to perform a decomposition of works drocedure of a troop to different stages and formalize all the contradictions of aims of different departmens, which are in cooperation during theese works.
