Abstract
Задание требований к радиоэлектронной продукции в рамках постановления Правительства Российской Федерации от 17 июля 2015 года № 719 имеет существенную неопределенность. Это связано с двумя противоречивыми аспектами: увеличение уровня требований может привести к снижению количества отечественной продукции в реестре и, как следствие, к увеличению доли импортной продукции на регулируемом рынке; а также снижение уровня требований позволит признавать российской продукцией товары с низким уровнем локализации. В связи с этим является актуальным вопрос задания оптимального уровня требований по локализации радиоэлектронной продукции.

The article examines methodological approaches to the formation of requirements imposed on electronic components for the purpose of classifying them as products manufactured in the Russian Federation. It presents methods for calculating points to assess the degree of localization within the point system established by the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia.
