MCN Telecom 25 years: All on one telecom platform for business, big and small

Abstract

MCN Telecom’s way from ADSL broadband provider to fixed and mobile operator and developer of software telecom products took a quarter of a century. For the Russian telecoms market, which has seen a lot of M&A deals over the years, both high-profile and not so high-profile, 25 years is a long time. The paper describes how MCN Telecom managed not only to maintain its business in a very competitive environment, but also to ensure its sustainability and progressive development.
