Abstract
Артём Геннадьевич Шейкин, кандидат экономических наук, с 2021 года представляет Законодательное собрание Амурской области, уроженцем которой он является, в Совете Федерации (СФ) Федерального Собрания Российской Федерации. Он является, в частности, заместителем председателя Совета по развитию цифровой экономики при СФ. По итогам 2023 года А.Г.Шейкин возглавил рейтинг эффективности работы сенаторов Российской Федерации, который составляют платформа The World Inform и независимый канал "ПУЛ Telegram" с применением технологий ИИ и экспертного мнения. При подведении этих итогов отдельно отмечались инициативы сенатора, которые рождались в рамках работы секций Совета по развитию цифровой экономики при СФ. И в 2024 году он продолжает оставаться лидером данного рейтинга. Так, по итогам марта KPI А.Г.Шейкина составил 90%. В своей парламентской деятельности он особое внимание уделяет цифровизации и поддержке ИКТ-сферы. В преддверии открытия Российской недели высоких технологий А.Г.Шейкин ответил на вопросы корреспондента ПЕРВОЙ МИЛИ.

Efficiency and Quality of Fiber-Optic Cables with Multichannel Fibers
Abstract
System aspects of application of optical cables with multichannel fibers in perspective telecommunication networks are considered. The multichannel fibers efficiency with standard and increased diameter of optical sheath is estimated. Numerical values of spatial and spectral efficiency are given. The efficiency and quality of the cable are compared, and calculation of the val- ues of the factors for ensuring the required quality is carried out.

From 19 to 21 March again at the most prestigious venue in the cap- ital – Expocentre Fairgrounds – Cabex 2024, the 22nd International Exhibition of Cable and Wire Products, Equipment and Materials for their Production, took place at the most prestigious venue in Russia and the CIS. This series of papers presents international industry stan- dards for 400G open line interfaces with interchangeable coherent optical transceiver modules (transceivers) for OTN/DWDM transport fiber-optic transmission systems (OTN/DWDM) (Part 1), evolution of generations of coherent digital signal processors (DSPs) for high-speed optical chan- nels (wavelengths) in OTN/DWDM (Part 2), and evolution of technologies used to manufacture coherent DSPs for OTN/ DWDM (Part 3).
Optical stabilization of power amplifiers for fiber-optic communication lines
Abstract
Thepossibilityofopticalstabilization of the gain of a remotely pumped erbium fiber amplifier (ROPA) and a distributed SRS amplifier have been investigated. The basis of the optical sta- bilization systems under consideration is a linear spectral- selective resonator with generation at one of the operating wavelengths of the amplifier. It is shown that for the ROPA proposed system makes it possible to maintain the gain con- stant when changing temperature, number and power of channels. For a distributed SRS amplifier, a constant gain is provided when the number of channels changes, and con- stant output power when losses in the line change.

Methods of synchronisationin communication networks
Abstract
To synchronize the communication equipment it is neces- sary to build frequency-time support systems. Time syn- chronisation means simultaneous synchronisation of master and slave devices by frequency, phase and date. In existing networks the synchronisation method based on NTP/SNTP, RTR protocols and time signal distribution devices is wide- ly used. However, there are many factors affecting the time transmission accuracy during synchronisation from special- ised equipment installed together with synchronised com- munication equipment. Thispaper considers the relevance of application of integrated small-size time servers synchro- nised from GNSS, their advantages and disadvantages in comparison with classical methods of synchronisation.

It is time for its creators to openly state their views, their goals, their aspirations in front of the whole world and to counter all sorts of fairy tales with this manifesto of the new intelligence.
