Author Guidelines

Authors Reglamentations

of  “Infocommunication Technologies”. Your attention is drawn to the reglamentations of manuscripts, articles and other materials addressed to the editors.

The journal main thematic fields:

  • Theoretical technological basis of information transmission and signals
  • Telecommunication technologies
  • Computer nets and systems technologies
  • New information technologies
  • Radio Telecommunication, Radiobroadcasting and Television technologies
  • Electromagnetic compatibility and equipment security
  • Engineers management and training for telecommunications.

Preferable number of pages for a scientific article is 4-5 in two columns. A classical format of the article is desirable: goals set-up – making, conclusion – citated reference.

To be introduced for publication

  • Both paper (white – A4). Two samples and its digital sample (e-mailed or disc – 3,5). In a printed text page numbers are pointed on the backside in pencil., the file name is determined by the family name of the first author: family name.doc.
  • Article title and annotation are both Russian and English (a separate file)
  • Keywords are both Russian and English (a separate file)
  • Organisation name, editorial board member review is desirable, expertise act.
  • A separate paper sheet with authors’s ID (family name, first name and patronymic, organisation name address And phone numbers, e-mail address for feedback).

REQUIREMENTS to manuscript

  • manuscript should contain: UDC (upper-right corner , normal, 12pt ) , title (centered, in capital letters , bold, 12 pt , style - heading 2) , surname and initials ( italic, centered , 11 pt ) annotation in Russian ( in width, 10 nm) ;
  • editor Word, page size : A4 (210 x 297 ) , 2 columns after 7 mm; margins : 20 x 20 x 20 x 20 mm, the size and font of the main text : Times New Roman 11 pt ;
  • headings in the text : 12 pt, bold style - heading 3 ;
  • character sizes in formulas (Equation) -11 pt basic; usage of formulas, special characters in the text  -  use Equation ( not an option Insert - Symbol ... ) , writing Greek letters - usual, not italic ;
  • abstract , figure and table above the inscription : Times New Roman, 10 pt ;
  • All figures and tables must have captions ;
  • Line spacing: single, paragraph indent : 0.5 cm ;
  • each figure must additionally be submitted in the original file ;
  • drawings made in the editor Word, to be inserted as an object ;
  • each table should be further provided in a separate file;
  • references in the text are indicated in square brackets , references has a title: References;

Sample template (download) in the wording of the article is available and can be sent to authors by E-mail.

The article must be signed by all authors . Manuscripts accepted for publication will not be returned . Materials that do not meet the above requirements will be rejected and will not be returned .

Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with each of the following items, and submissions that do not adhere to these guidelines may be returned to the authors.

  • Absence of plagiarism.  The authors guarantee that this article has not been published in whole or in part, and is not under consideration or in the process of publication in another publication.

  • Correct manuscript format. Manuscript file format is Microsoft Word (has the extension *.doc, *.docx, *.rtf). The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.

  • Anonymity. All information allowing to identify authors is removed from the text of the manuscript and from the metadata of the file.

  • Resume (abstract) is designed in accordance with the requirements and do not exceed the limit.

  • Illustrations. Tables and figures were placed within the text of the manuscript and have their titles.

  • Bibliography. The list of references is formatted in accordance with the requirements. All the cited sources were checked for DOI.

  • Supplementary files. The authors have prepared for transfer to the editor

    • file containing full information about the authors (Surname, first name, place of work, e-mail address);
    • Graphic files (photos, satellite images, graphics, etc.).
    • Article title and annotation (a separate file)
    • Keywords  (a separate file)
    • Organisation name, editorial board member review is desirable, expertise act.
    • A separate paper sheet with authors’s ID (family name, first name and patronymic, organisation name address And phone numbers, e-mail address for feedback).

    The authors are ready to upload these files to the journal website in Step 3 during the manuscript submission process.

  • The authors confirm that:

    • all participants who have made a significant contribution to the study are presented as co-Authors;
    • those who did not participate in the study are not listed as co-Authors;
    • all co-Authors have seen and approved the final version of the work and agreed to submit it for publication.

Authors who publish with this journal agree to the following terms:

  1. Authors retain copyright and grant the journal right of first publication with the work simultaneously licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution License that allows others to share the work with an acknowledgement of the work’s authorship and initial publication in this journal.
  2. Authors are able to enter into separate, additional contractual arrangements for the non-exclusive distribution of the journal’s published version of the work (e.g., post it to an institutional repository or publish it in a book), with an acknowledgement of its initial publication in this journal.
  3. Privacy Statement

The editorial Board of the journal and the administration of the website of the journal do not transfer personal information in any way specified by the users when working with the website of the journal to third parties, except for those cases and to the extent specified in the terms of the copyright agreement.

The affiliation work and e-mail address of the authors of the manuscript accepted for publication will be published in the section "information about the authors" of the printed version of the journal and in the section "about the authors" on the page of the article on the website of the journal.

The phone number of the corresponding author will be known only to the editorial Board Secretariat and will only be used in cases of emergency.
