Аннотация

Рассматриваются современные подходы к медикаментозной терапии биполярного аффективного расстройства (БАР). Представлены основные группы препаратов, применяемых для лечения БАР, их достоинства и недостатки. К их числу относятся соли лития, противосудорожные препараты, антипсихотики и антидепрессанты. Обсуждается место представителей различных фармакологических групп в лечении различных вариантов БАР.
