Abstract

Ноктурия является одним из наиболее частых симптомов нижних мочевых путей как у мужчин, так и женщин во всех возрастных. периодах. В основе этого симптома лежит большое количество причин и урологического, и неурологического характера. В настоящем обзоре приведены данные, касающиеся ноктурии у больных доброкачественной гиперплазией предстательной железы. Включены вопросы эпидемиологии, патогенеза, диагностики и лечения.
