Abstract

Острый уретрит - один из самых распространенных синдромов среди инфекций, передающихся половым путем, диагностируемых у мужчин. В настоящее время одним из основных возбудителей нехламидийного негонококкового уретрита у мужчин признается Mycoplasma genitalium. В статье рассматриваются вопросы распространенности M. Genitalium-ассоциированных инфекций урогенитального тракта различной локализации у мужчин, проблемы диагностики и лечения данных инфекций, связанные как с биологическими особенностями возбудителя, так и с отсутствием завершенных клинических рандомизированных исследований эффективности и безопасности различных режимов антибактериальной терапии, обеспечивающих получение достоверных данных.
