Abstract
Рассматриваются возможности использования капецитабина в лечении метастатического и и местнораспространенного рака желудка. На основании результатов клинических исследований делается вывод, что капецитабин является оптимальной альтернативой длительным инфузиям фторурацила, обладает благоприятным профилем безопасности и доказанной эффективностью. Это делает капецитабин стандартным компонентом терапии как метастатического, так и операбельного рака желудка. Представлен клинический случай применения капецитабина у пациентки с метастатическим раком желудка, у которой был достигнут частичный регресс опухоли со временем до ее прогрессирования 11 месяцев.
