Аннотация

Рост скорости пульсовой волны (СПВ) четко отражает увеличение жесткости и патологическое ремоделирование сосудистой стенки, а также связанное с ними нарастание риска сердечно-сосудистых осложнений. Обсуждаются клиническое и прогностическое значение определения СПВ и возможности ее фармакологической коррекции, в частности, с помощью лизиноприла (Лизигаммы), способного существенно улучшать эластичность сосудов и приводить к нормализации СПВ при ее исходном повышении.
