Аннотация
Рассматриваются механизмы действия и возможности применения при сахарном диабете 2 типа (СД2) ингибитора дипептидилпептазы-4 (ДПП-4) вилдаглиптина (Галвус) и его комбинированной формы с метформином (Галвус Мет). Рассматриваются результаты многочисленных клинических испытаний, в которых показано, что препараты группы ингибиторов ДПП-4, в первую очередь Галвус и Галвус Мет, эффективно улучшают гликемический контроль, не повышая массу тела и частоту гипогликемий. Их можно использовать в комбинации со всеми пероральными сахароснижающими препаратами и инсулином (вилдаглиптин), что расширяет диапазон применения за счет различных групп пациентов с СД2.
