The article presents the results of study based on observation of 50 women aged 25-45 years with adenomyosis complicated by pelvic pain syndrome. Patients received drugs Indinol and Epigallat, 2 capsules of each drug 2 times a day within 9 months. After treatment, decrease of abdominal pain was observed in 74% of women, and improvement of menstrual function in 92%. According to the instrumental control (pelvic ultrasound examination), reduction of heterotopic foci of adenomyosis and decrease of their vascularization was noted in 60% of patients. It is found that the antiproliferative effect of the drugs allowed to arrest pain symptoms of adenomyosis, resume or improve sex life and improve the quality of life for these women.
