Abstract

The study analyzed the results of combined therapy of vulvovaginal candidiasis with drugs Candid (Clotrimazole) and Bioprost. The comparison groups received these drugs as monotherapy. Effectiveness of Bioprost and Candid was 75% and 91.7%, with a low incidence of adverse reactions - 16.7% and 25%, respectively. It is emphasized that combined use of these drugs is reasonable; such treatment allows to enhance the effectiveness of treatment (100%) and avoid relapses. Positive effect of the proposed combination of drugs is provided by adequate sanifying effect with attenuated effect on vaginal lactoflora.
