СВОЕВРЕМЕННОЕ НАЗНАЧЕНИЕ ИНСУЛИНОТЕРАПИИ ПРИ САХАРНОМ ДИАБЕТЕ 2 ТИПА

Аннотация

Рассматриваются варианты старта инсулинотерапии у пациентов с сахарным диабетом 2 типа (СД2), которым не удалось достичь целевых показателей гликемического контроля на фоне приема пероральных сахароснижающих препаратов и модификации образа жизни. Рассматриваются особенности применения различных типов базальных инсулинов. Описаны преимущества использования аналога инсулина длительного действия - гларгина для инициации инсулинотерапии у пациентов с СД2. Простота алгоритма титрации доз, удобный режим введения (1 раз в сутки), снижение риска гипогликемий, улучшение гликемического контроля, улучшение самочувствия и качества жизни позволяют рекомендовать инсулин гларгин для старта инсулинотерапии у этой категории больных.
