Abstract
The article discuss the problem of clinical diagnostic criteria for premenstrual syndrome (PMS), a repetitive cycles of physical, emotional and behavioral symptoms that develop during the luteal phase of the menstrual cycle, which affecting the health of women and disappearing after the onset of menstruation. The modern classification and diagnostic criteria for PMS are presented; it facilitates more accurate diagnosis and, consequently, timely treatment assignment.
