Abstract

The article presents the results of the evaluation of the effectiveness of standard medical treatment in combination with psychotherapeutic methods of treatment for patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), and bronchial asthma (BA) in conjunction with GERD, including assessment of impact of psychotherapeutic treatment on the clinical course, the quality of life and parameters of 24-hour pH-metry It was shown that the inclusion of psychotherapeutic methods in the complex therapy of patients with GERD and BA in combination with GERD has an additional therapeutic effect. Along with the positive dynamics of clinical symptoms and indicators of psychological response, patients have experienced improvement of quality of life.
