Аннотация

По данным нового Обзора глобального бремени от заболеваний-2010, опубликованных ВОЗ в 2012 г. (Global Burden of Disease Survey 2010), - головная боль напряжения (ГБН) (20,1 %) признана вторым заболеванием по распространенности в мире среди мужчин и женщин и наиболее частой среди всех видов головной боли. В популяционном исследовании распространенности головной боли, проведенном в Российской Федерации, ГБН была выявлена у 25,4 % исследуемых. Диагноз ставится на основании критериев диагностики ГБН, представленных в Международной классификации головной боли и одобренных к применению на практике Российским Обществом изучения головной боли. Лечение состоит из медикаментозной терапии приступов, превентивного фармакологического и немедикаментозного вмешательства. Несмотря на многочисленные исследования, посвященные диагностике и лечению ГБН, сохраняется широкое поле деятельности для разработки и внедрения новых лекарственных и немедикаментозных методов лечения эпизодической и хронической форм заболевания.
