Аннотация

Результаты многочисленных эпидемиологических исследований свидетельствуют о том, что артериальная гипертензия (АГ) является основным фактором риска возникновения инсульта. Степень повышения артериального давления (АД) определяет тяжесть течения инсульта и развитие его фатальных осложнений. По данным различных исследований, у 95 % пациентов, умерших от мозгового инсульта, имеет место АГ. С учетом значения ренин-ангиотензин-альдостероновой системы в развитии инсульта препаратами выбора при лечении больных, перенесших инсульт, являются ингибиторы ангиотензинпревращающего фермента и блокаторы рецепторов ангиотензина II.
