Аннотация

В данном обзоре представлены доказательства клинической эффективности комплексного препарата Траумель С и его компонентов с учетом широкого диапазона показаний к применению. К основным относятся ушибы, переломы, эпикондилиты, заболевания опорно-двигательного аппарата, тендиниты и тендинопатии. Кроме того, в обзоре обсуждаются механизмы действия препарата - биорегуляторный, иммуномодулирующий и противовоспалительный. В общей сложности 6 рандомизированных контролируемых исследований, 19 нерандомизированных контролируемых, 4 когортных исследования, а также многочисленные описания клинических случаев подтверждают целесообразность клинического применения препарата Траумель С при определенных показаниях, несколько контролируемых исследований свидетельствуют также о соответствующей активности компонентов, входящих в состав препарата Траумель С.
