Современные возможности профилактики и лечения желчнокаменной болезни в период беременности

Аннотация

В статье представлены современные литературные данные по эпидемиологии, патогенезу и современным подходам к лечению желчнокаменной болезни (ЖКБ) и билиарного сладжа (БС) в период беременности. Приведены результаты собственных наблюдений, позволившие выделить факторы риска ЖКБ у беременных. Несмотря на транзиторный характер БС/ЖКБ и их спонтанный регресс после родов у части пациенток, следует учитывать и те случаи, когда конкременты и микролиты в желчевыводящих путях сохраняются и являются причиной осложнений, требующих в дальнейшем хирургического лечения. Продемонстрирована эффективность и безопасность применения препаратов урсодезоксихолевой кислоты в комбинации с холекинетиками/холеретиками для лечения и профилактики БС у беременных. Целесообразен динамический контроль за состоянием желчного пузыря во время беременности и в послеродовом периоде при наличии БС, особенно в группах риска, и при необходимости - проведение более длительных и/или повторных курсов лечения.
