Abstract

The article presents the tactics of management of patients with functional dyspepsia (FD) in the light of the main provisions of the Rome Consensus IV. It is concluded that the process of diagnosis and treatment of PD is quite expensive, requiring a broad aspect of knowledge on related pathology. Carrying out complete diagnostic and treatment programs should be substantiated and focused on the patient. Treatment of FD is time-consuming process and requires effort from both the physician and the patient. It is aimed to achieve an optimal quality of life.
