Аннотация

В данном обзоре рассматриваются физиологические и функциональные особенности витамина D и его основных метаболитов, пути их синтеза и активации, точки приложения и главные клинические эффекты. Отдельное внимание уделено анализу доступных публикаций, посвященных оценке влияния витамина D в отношении профилактики развития и прогрессирования нарушений костного метаболизма, аутоиммунных и онкологических заболеваний, болезней сердечно-сосудистой, нервной и репродуктивной систем.
