Аннотация

В данном литературном обзоре рассмотрено, как компоненты различных диет посредством изменения кишечной проницаемости, состава микробиоты, выработки про- и противовоспалительных цитокинов могут способствовать развитию аутоиммунных реакций. Проанализированы результаты исследований, изучающих влияние различных диет: западной, средиземноморской, безглютеновой, палеолитической, низкокалорийной, кетогенной и аутоиммунного протокола, на развитие и течение ряда аутоиммунных заболеваний.
